Export Clearance

Duties and Customs fees info

If value less than 200 000 LBP (130 USD) and weighing less than 4 kg , low value fees are currently 3.5 USD equivalent with no duties and will be charged at cost. If weight > 4kg or > 200 000 LBP in value, customs duties will range between 5 to 30 % based on HS code Customs Website. Processing fee currently will also be 3.5 USD equivalent up to 900 USD. If value > 900USD charges will be 180 USD (Clearance and handling charge) + 60 USD equivalent (Delivery Order charge).

Personal ID documents accepted for formal clearance

Copy of National ID for Lebanese citizens. Copy of passport for non Lebanese citizens.

Alternative delivery options if consumer is not at home

Consumer can pass on delivery address request through Naqel Express Customer Service, SMS link and via web/app.
